Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery (L & D) - PRN
The Labor & Delivery (L & D) RN is a clinically competent, registered, professional nurse who delivers care to the patient through utilization of the nursing process, which includes but is not limited to assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation.
The Labor & Delivery (L & D) RN provides quality patient care in accordance with MVRMC policies and procedures and established patient care standards and practice.
Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
Required: At least one year RN experience in Labor & Delivery (L & D)
Required: Current professional nursing license to practice as a Registered Nurse
Required: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Required: NRP-if not currently certified at the time of hire, must complete first course offered
Required: Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)-if not currently certified at the time of hire, must complete course within 3 months from date of hire
