Job Description

Assures that the completion of all birth certificate and acknowledgement of paternity is performed timely and accurately. Retrieves, assembles, and processes medical records and loose reports, as needed.



Qualifications

Education:

Required- High School

Experience:

One or more years of health care experience preferred. Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Additional languages preferred. Computer knowledge, keyboard skills, and professional telephone and interpersonal skills required.
