Job Description

Provides administrative support to practice related to the maintenance and processing of Contractual information


Education:    Bachelors degree in Business Administration or closely related field. Additional experience in contract management may be substituted for the required education on a one for one year basis.
  • Three years of experience in Contract management
  • Customer service experience in a medical office setting required.
  • Prior experience in Health Care preferred.
  • Demonstrates effective organizational and time-management skills 
  • Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Demonstrates basic computer skills in Word, Excel
  • Compiling Statistics, entering data and generating reports, maintaining filing systems, logs, composing and proof reading of documents
  • Demonstrates knowledge of medical terminology
  • Ability to problem-solve and multi-task in the work environment
