Bonus and Relocation assistance available - Immediately Available: Associate Practice Administrator, in a thriving multi-specialty market is seeking. Experience in Project management and practice acquisitions is highly preferred. IT and Athena EMR experience is also preferred. Leader is responsible, via managers and supervisors, for the direction, management and administration of one or more primary care or specialty clinics within the integrated system. Maintains adherence to clinic policies, procedures and regulations.  Participates in an interdisciplinary and inter-facility approach to achieving the mission, philosophy and goals of CHS. Working through Practice Managers, oversees daily operations of specialty and sub-specialty departments.  Provides mentorship to practice managers and supervisors to improve their leadership skills.  Participates in interviewing candidates, orders supplies and interfaces with the physicians.  Expected to provide a positive image of MVRMC and to be able to communicate effectively with patients, peers, physicians and visitors.
**Operational planning and successful execution of related perforce outcomes for local market of 100 Providers. Achieves desired outcomes of Ambulatory Medical Group via supervision of 3-4 Area Practices Managers and other staff as required.


Qualifications

Education:

Graduate of an accredited college or university; possession of a degree in business, public health, nursing, healthcare administration or related field.  


Experience:

Three to Five years recent clinic management experience. Two (2) years of leadership/managerial experience preferred. Demonstrates skills in communication, conflict resolution and human relations.  Exhibits a team approach.  Knowledgeable of fiscal, general healthcare issues, trends, quality management and legal aspects of clinic operations and standards. Knowledge and understanding of the entire aging process.  Possess ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public. Able to follow directions and to perform work according to department standards when no directions are given. Requires good interpersonal skills and good communication skills, both verbal and written.  Ability to function effectively in fast-paced environment with multiple demands/deadlines. Position requires some overtime and ability to coordinate several activities simultaneously. Emotional maturity and ability to function effectively under stress. Able to read, write, follow instructions and document care given in English.  Ability to plan and organize.  

**Experience with credentialing/insurance privileging a plus

Licenses/Certificates:

None required but MGMA or ACHE certifications or fellowships are preferred
