Job Description

Provides clerical support to practice related to the maintenance of patient medical information in electronic or paper charts, making sure accurate and up-to-date information is available when needed.

• Customer service experience - Required.
• Prior filing experience in office setting - Preferred.
• Demonstrates effective organizational and time-management skills 
• Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Demonstrates knowledge of basic computer skills
• Demonstrates knowledge of medical terminology
• Demonstrates ability to identify alpha-numeric characters and place them in order
• Demonstrates ability to problem-solve and multi-task in the work environment
