Job Description

Provides professional, courteous customer service by screening all individuals entering the facility at designated entrances. Ability to respond to situations and reactions associated with a public facing position.

Education:

Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

Required: Experience in a professional customer service oriented environment Equipment and Skills Training: Forehead thermometer, Personal Protective Equipment (mask), excellent customer service skills, problem-solving skills to determine appropriate course of action in situations, Ability to handle difficult situations/interactions in a professional manner, with strong communication skills.

Licenses/Certificates:

Required: CPI - Due by close of business on the last day of the month after one full month of work.
