Job Description

Education:

• Required: Must be able to read and write English
• Preferred: High school degree
• Preferred: Culinary degree

Experience:

Required: Previous experience in institutional or restaurant food service with training in the preparation of food, service of food and in principles of sanitation and safe food handling and equipment.

Licenses/Certificates:

Required: New Mexico Food Handler card due by close of business on the last day of the month after one (1) full month of work.
