Job Description

Education:

Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing

Experience:

Required: Three (3) to Five (5) years clinical nursing experience.
• Demonstrates skills in communication, conflict resolution, and human relations.
• Exhibits a team approach
• Knowledgeable of fiscal, general healthcare issues, trends, quality management and legal aspects.

Licenses/Certificates:

Required: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Required: Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)—if not currently certified at the time of hire, must complete course within 3 months from date of hire

Required: Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) if not currently certified at the time of hire, must complete course within 3 months from date of hire

Preferred: TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) if not currently certified at the time of hire encouraged to take first available course offered
