Job Description

Education:

Required:  High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

Required: Minimum of one (1) year working experience as a Phlebotomist; will consider new graduate of a Phlebotomy program/equivalent.

Licenses/Certificates:

Required: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) required - Due by close of business on the last day of the month after one full month of work.

Preferred: Board certified Phlebotomist
